1. How do I find books?
On the home page enter the quote number found on the letter you were given by your school or received in the mail from Rittenhouse Book Distributors, Inc. You will find the quote number in the top right corner. Once you have entered the quote number, click “submit”. Your approved booklist will be displayed.
2. How do I order?
Click the “add to the cart” button for each title, required, recommended or optional, that you would like to purchase. This will place the selected product in your order cart. Click on “order now” when ready to purchase.
3. Can I make changes to the contents of my shopping cart?
Yes, you can edit your shopping cart contents at any time prior to submitting your order. Once you submit an order and your credit card has been processed any changes need to be made by contacting us at customer.service@rittenhouse.com.

5. Payment
On web orders we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Orders that are in stock are processed and shipped with in 48 hours of order receipt provided valid verification has been received.
Your credit card is not charged until we ship your product. If a product is not available or not yet published it will be placed on backorder and processed once it is in stock.
6. Shipping
Our standard method of shipping is Standard Ground Shipping .
7. Returns
Any item is returnable, provided it is not out of print and has not been used and it is in clean, re-salable condition. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on returned books.

10. What kind of security do you have in place?
All of your credit card transactions through Rittenhouse Book Fulfillment, Inc. are safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
11. Privacy Policy
Rittenhouse Book Distributors, Inc. respects our customers' right to privacy. For each visitor to our site, we collect only the email address of those who communicate with us and the domain name from which they entered our site. This information is used for internal purposes only, and for updating customers about order and product information.
Children's Privacy Policy: Rittenhouse does not solicit orders or knowingly collect personally identifying information from children under the age of thirteen. If we have reason to believe that any personally identifying information has been submitted to us by a child under thirteen, we will delete that information as soon as possible and not disclose it to any third party or use it ourselves in any way.
13. What if you don't have the book I am looking for?
We try to offer the greatest number of health science titles currently in print. If you are not able to locate a title you wish to purchase, please call our toll-free customer service number at 800-345-6425 and we will do our best to assist you in your search.
