The focus of this book is smart driving, which includes various aspects/stages of automated, driverless or autonomous driving cars. Starting with a brief introduction to a smart driving framework, the book moves on to present an overview of the critical juncture: contrasting views/expectations by different demographics, professions, and communities. Later chapters document the current developments in technological innovations and incremental applications of smart driving cars.
