Synopsis:
This is an exciting time for the field of skeletal muscle tissue engineering. The development of regenerative medicine technologies for skeletal muscle repair and reconstruction continues at an impressive rate. This new publication reviews the recent growth and increasing sophistication of translational research with a focus on creating solutions for otherwise irrecoverable muscle injuries.
